4 days to design, fabricate, assemble and test these 3 platforms for the stage used at The Night of Wonders Show at the National Sports. Trust Saziwe Tate-Struct to deliver. The concept was taken from a video and the brief was to have platforms that can support 30 people each 6m above ground. After 3 days working 18 hrs per day the end result was stunning. You never go wrong with solid structures.

Zim Artisinal Mining Last week we had the opportunity to go to Mvurwi where we met Chrome miners. They had set up a manual wash plant with minimal resources utilising a hired diesel powered water pump drawing from the nearby river and channeling the output back into the river. This was a new encounter for us to see the informal mining setup and appreciate the shear hardwork and determination of the team on the ground. We look forward to fabricating a less manual wash plant for them that can process 34 tonnes of ore per day and is affordable both to purchase, operate and maintain. This should make a significant change in their lives and business as at the current rate they wash 34 tonnes in 5 days. Additionally we aim to address the challenge of the amount of sediment washed out into the river after the process. This team is producing washed chrome ore at 47 to 57% chrome content.

This picture was taken in September 2022 in Hwange when our team went for a Site Layout Plan for a Coking Coal Plant on Virgin land. How awesome it is to note that in December 2023, The plant was now starting production as construction continues on the rest of the site. Proud to have been part of the ground work on the 300Tonne per month coking plant ground breaking.
