Members can now access the Retirement Health Check online to find out when they can access their super, how much is enough to retire, and get an estimate of their retirement income. Members receive a personalised retirement report with strategies to help improve their score. Qualified advisers are available at no extra cost to discuss their results and help members take the next step with their super and retirement planning. As part of our Lunar New Year (LNY) celebrations we caught up with Reporting and Analytics Manager Luna Liu, to find out what she loves about her role and how she celebrates LNY. Luna, who is originally from China, joined AMP in 2019 and is part of the People Analytics team. “I’m a very technical person, and I like numbers, I studied data science and mathematics which eventually lead me to my role today,” said Luna. “In my role I provide people-related insights to help others make decisions. It’s great to see how meaningful this work is and the value it can add, particularly in making strategic decisions. I love working at AMP, I appreciate the supportive and inclusive environment here, where people are always willing to help each other. “A big part of Lunar New Year for my family is cleaning the house before the New Year begins to remove any bad luck and make way for good fortune. We put Red Couplets up with messages for blessings and hope for the new year. My family all comes together and we have a huge meal that includes traditional food like dumplings, rice cakes and fish dishes. Fish is a sign of surplus for the new year. When I was younger in China, elder family members would give red envelopes to younger family members to symbolise good luck and fortune. This LNY will be the Year of the Snake which symbolises wisdom and transformation, which is something we all hope for our families.” Thank you Luna for sharing your story. 新年快乐! #AMPeople

As we begin 2025, great to see our AMP Super team delivering returns of 15%+ for MySuper members for the 2024 calendar year. Congratulations to Anna Shelley and the entire AMP Investments team on these strong superannuation returns - helping #AMPSuper members build wealth and retire with greater financial confidence.
#AMPSuper has delivered a return of 15%+ for its AMP MySuper 1970s, 1980s and 1990s investment options for the 2024 calendar year. We’re really pleased to have again delivered particularly strong returns for our super members. The funds are well-placed to maintain their positive performance momentum and continue to deliver investment excellence. I’m so grateful to work with Anna Shelley and her awesome team here at #AMPInvestments who are passionate about delivering great outcomes for our members. The 1970s option, our largest MySuper by FUM, currently has a high-growth asset allocation and returned 15%. Members born in the 1980s and 1990s who also have a high growth asset allocation, benefitted from returns of over 15.2% and 15.1% per cent respectively. Members born in the 1960s and 1950s who have a lower growth allocation (as they are closer to or in retirement), also continued to see strong returns, with the funds returning 11.5% and 9.8% respectively.
