Update on our natural disaster response Our team and volunteers worked really hard in the lead up to the end of last year to build up a stock of Clothing Boxes so that we have a supply set aside ready to support families in case of a natural disaster. This has meant that we are ready to respond immediately as we are needed. North Queensland - We have been working with support agencies and Child Health in Townsville and Ingham over the past couple of weeks to plan support for families impacted by the flooding. Last week we sent a pallet of Clothing and Safe Start Boxes to Ingham Hospital and we have now established a Townsville Hub to ensure that we can provide continued supply into the region. Cyclone Alfred Response - Our warehouse is closed today and tomorrow but we are ready to respond as needed in the aftermath of this weather. Stay safe everyone.

Everything we do at Baby Give Back involves collaboration in some form. One of our close collaborators is Thread Together which is an incredible charity clothing thousands of Australians by rescuing new clothing from fashion partners and passing it on through other charities and service providers. Barely a day goes by where I don’t walk past volunteers sorting something great that’s come from Thread Together. Today it was these gorgeous Love to Dream™ onesies which will go straight into Safe Start and Clothing boxes for families. Thank you Anthony Chesler and your team and supporters. We love working with you with a shared goal of ending clothing poverty while reducing waste.

We are so incredibly thankful for the support of Aria Property Group for gifting us temporary use of a space in South Brisbane. Coupled with the logistics and transport provided by our friends at Sci-Fleet Toyota, we have been able to massively increase our ability to collect clothing donations from our amazing supporters in Brisbane. We are so lucky to have the support from our friends at Little Scholars School of Early Learning. Today some of their incredible team joined us in the warehouse to help out for a few hours.
