We're excited to welcome Cathy Scalzo as the newest board member of Social Impact Hub! Cathy brings a wealth of expertise to our team. As CEO of the Scalzo Family Office and Trustee of the Grace and Emilio Foundation, she has modelled what it means to align investments with values. Her distinguished career also includes leadership roles such as General Counsel of Scalzo Foods, senior associate at Allens, and service as a diplomat for the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade. Beyond these achievements, Cathy shares her deep insight with organisations including Australians Investing in Women, the Mornington Peninsula Foundation, ygap, and Kids in Philanthropy. The first International Women’s Day to be held in Australia happened in 1928. 97 years later, there is a lot to celebrate, and a lot of work still to be done. So here’s to all the incredible women and allies working tirelessly in the impact sector to uphold the rights of women everywhere.
