Three years ago, QCoal Foundation proudly committed $3 million in funding towards the RFDS Aeromedical Training Academy in Bundaberg. We are proud to see that this state-of-the-art facility is now fully operational, delivering world-class training and creating lasting impact. Home to one of the world's only Beechcraft King Air B360 Fusion flight training simulators, the academy not only meets the critical training needs of the RFDS but has also established a sustainable commercial opportunity for the future. This investment strengthens aeromedical services while providing a significant economic boost to the Bundaberg region. We are proud to have played a role in this transformative project and look forward to seeing its continued impact on regional healthcare and beyond. Did you know, children who have experienced trauma are at increased risk of developing mental health issues, engaging in harmful behaviours, and experiencing disrupted educational attainment? That's why early intervention and support for these children is so critical and why QCoal Foundation is proud to partner with Act for Kids to deliver the Re-ACT CQ program in Central Queensland. Re-ACT CQ provides trauma-informed therapy services to vulnerable children and families, helping them feel safe, heal from trauma and build brighter futures. Grant update! We are proud to have supported Suited to Success to provide virtual styling and career support to 12 women across regional and remote Queensland through a Community Spirit Grant late last year. Through the grant, Suited To Success has been able to support women transitioning from difficult circumstances through career and clothing coaching.
