BCA Concepts are proud to be appointed by Pelligra ® to provide Building Certification services for the proposed 6-level mixed-use development on Hutt St, Adelaide. On completion the purpose-built offering will provide commercial tenancies and carparking on the first two levels, with the remainder of the building committed as a private hospital and health centre for low acuity mental health conditions. We're excited to be working with Whitmore Minuzzo on the Woodville Specialist Medical Centre, a state-of-the-art, purpose-built medical facility designed by SMFA - Stallard Meek Flightpath Architects. The five-level building with basement carparking will include medical accommodation for various specialists. Our team looks forward to working on this project.

We are pleased to be providing Building Certification Services for the proposed Hotel located on Wright Street in the CBD. With a block size of only 450sqm the building will still pack a punch with 133 hotel rooms over 16 levels, which also includes a rooftop restaurant and bar. BCA Concepts has recently been engaged to provide Building Certification services for Bedford Group's Advanced Manufacturing Hub in Salisbury. Once complete the 18,500sqm facility will house food and advanced timber manufacturing capabilities plus admin areas. BCA Concepts is proud to be providing Building Code Consultancy Services for the Department for Infrastructure and Transport’s new $135M Adelaide Aquatic Centre in North Adelaide.   This innovative community and recreation facility will utilise renewable energy design principles, featuring indoor and outdoor pool areas, water slides, splash zones, gym, and fitness facilities. A great achievement by the project team to gain Planning Approval and progress the project to the next phase.
