Our wonderful senior consultant Samantha Webster has written this piece for the Australian Institute of Family Studies based on her PhD research. She's currently embarking on the year long professional development program also known as parental leave. We're looking forward to having her back to do more great work at the intersection of early learning and inclusion.

This year, and for the first time, we're really excited to be offering paid internships over the winter and summer university breaks. This is a fantastic opportunities for students - in or around their penultimate year of study - to get to dip their toes in public policy consulting. And for us at dandolopartners to add new voices and people with diverse experiences to our consulting team.
