Last week, Five V Capital hosted our annual People & Culture Forum, bringing together leaders from our portfolio companies across Private Equity and Venture Capital. This event remains an important platform for sharing insights on the evolving landscape of workplace culture, as well as the opportunities and challenges it presents. This year, we were privileged to have outstanding speakers who brought their expertise to the table: 📈 Emma Hardy GAICD, Natalie Perrin, Meredith Wallace and Laura Bermingham (née Cumiskey) from PwC kicked off the day with invaluable insights on Workforce Readiness including how to prepare People & Culture functions for transactions. They highlighted the importance of risk and compliance and the changing landscape of workplace risk and reforms. 💡 Nick Gorman from Equilibrium at work shared his personal experience of burnout and provided insights into how leaders can help manage employee wellbeing and prevent burnout in high-performance workplaces — a topic more relevant now than ever. We look forward to our next forum event! Bravin Ragavan, Nikita Pandit, Daniella Guimaraes, Renée Quarrie
