Torque Metals has delivered its Mineral Resource Estimate (MRE) for the Paris Gold Project, following numerous, consecutively strong results from drilling the area over the last two years.    Importantly, the MRE is concentrated to just 2.5km² of the 350km² area controlled by Torque; and with mineralisation open in all directions (outside/next to the resource area) and strong signs of linking structures, this Project presents significant growth potential. Today is #RUOKDay and we celebrated a few things together including our unique Gilligan Group culture and values. We workshopped what makes our culture special and some key themes that emerged were that we don't take ourselves too seriously - we love to banter while getting the job done - we really give a shit about what we do - and we deliver passionately to achieve excellence together. More to come on this later... but on a serious note, trust in one another was the major feeling between team mates. This plays into the connections we have made at work and our intrigue to see what we can achieve as one. A place we all belong and a journey we are mapping together.

I recently spoke at AMEC (Association of Mining and Exploration Companies) on the topic of Work Life Balance with a panel of inspiring working mums Rebecca Munro Bronwyn Bell Sarah Siva. The irony… initially I wondered if I was a good example to others - an ambitious business owner, a single mum, a socialite, a perfectionist, an over thinker - definitely a chaotic mix. But then I thought is it really chaos or could it be the fulfilling pursuit of happiness? It was actually such a pleasure and an honour to ponder this topic and reflect on how I have come to master my life. Here’s an excerpt of my thoughts on what a work life baseline looks like to me….
