Let’s ask “R U OK?” every day! It’s important to remember to check in on those around us and ask a simple question that could make a big difference: "Are you okay?" This morning, the JANA Sydney team took a walk down to the Opera House, taking some time out before the busyness of the day to come together, have a chat, and spend time with colleagues. It was a great reminder of the power of connection and taking a moment to genuinely ask how someone is going. Our Melbourne team will be hosting a similar event next week. We all have a role to play in looking out for one another, and sometimes, just asking "R U OK?" can start a conversation that helps someone through a tough time. Let’s continue to support each other, not just today, but every day. #RUOK

With a $1 trillion annual investment need by 2030 to meet climate goals, the demand for power, technology, and infrastructure is immense. This is where the future lies—for investors and for our planet.” This session explored the challenges and opportunities these regions present, focusing on strategies and solutions necessary for addressing the tensions inherent in the transformation.
