About us

Mirvac is a leading Australian property group, with an integrated development and management capability. Established in 1972, Mirvac has over 50 years of experience in the property industry and an unmatched reputation for delivering superior products and services across our businesses. Principally located in Australia's four key cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, we own and manage assets across the office, retail and industrial sectors, with over $17bn of assets currently under management. Our development activities allow us to create and deliver innovative and high-quality commercial assets and residential projects for our customers, while driving long-term value for our securityholders. Our integrated approach gives us a competitive advantage in the creation of quality assets across the entire life-cycle of a project; from planning through to design, construction and development, leasing, property management and long-term ownership. Our purpose, to Reimagine Urban Life, helps to guide us not only in what we do and how we do it, but importantly, why we do it. We're inspired to think about how we can redefine the landscape and create more sustainable, connected and vibrant urban environments, leaving a lasting legacy for generations to come. We bring this purpose to life by harnessing the power of each and every one of us to deliver outstanding products and services to our customers, while ensuring value to our securityholders.

We are thrilled to announce that Mirvac’s Tullamore has won the 2025 UDIA National Award for Excellence, in the category of Masterplanned Communities. 🥇 Commencing construction back in 2015, this project has focused on enhancing, conserving, and celebrating the natural beauty of Tullamore. We devoted 30 per cent of the residential community to green open space and facilitated the restoration and repurposing of the Tullamore heritage homestead into Next Gen Doncaster Health and Lifestyle Club – an unrivalled health and wellbeing centre for residents and the wider community. 🏃♂️ It is an honour to receive this award, which recognises the successful delivery of a well-designed, high-quality master-planned development that fosters a sense of community, integrates a diverse range of facilities, and demonstrates the tangible benefits of thoughtful, large-scale planning, now home to more than 2,000 residents. 🌱 A huge congratulations to the Tullamore team and we look forward to seeing the community continue to grow and evolve. 💚 Glen Greening Megan Yeaman

It was an insightful day at #UDIANationalCongress, where Angela Buckley, our BTR Fund Manager joined Tarun Gupta from Stockland, Scott Langford from Housing Australia and Kris Daff from Assemble on the Property Landscape Panel where productivity, innovation, and partnerships were hot discussion topics. “To meet housing targets, we need a mature conversation about the role of large-scale capital in easing pressure on individual balance sheets,” Angela said. “We also need to rethink government-private partnerships, blending financial resources, expertise, and innovation from both sectors, and the right mindset to tackle challenges together." At Mirvac we've experienced first-hand the benefits of this model through our partnership with the Queensland Government on LIV Anura, our latest BTR community at Newstead that is set for completion shortly and will deliver 396 apartments of which 99 are at discount to market affordable rent. Let’s ask ourselves: What kind of society do we want? For us, it’s one that is fair, equitable, and provides everyone with a chance. We're pleased housing is firmly on the agenda of all levels of government and are focused on continuing to deliver homes right across the continuum.

We’re excited to share that our Supplier Development Program, delivered in partnership with Social Traders, has been selected as a finalist for the Banksia Foundation’s Business Services and Solutions Award.    Now in its second year, the program pairs Mirvac mentors with social enterprises to help boost their capabilities and capacity for sustainable growth.    The Banksia National Sustainability Awards celebrate individuals, organisations, and initiatives that make a genuine impact on Australia’s sustainability landscape. With this year’s theme of optimism, the focus is on those creating positive change and inspiring hope for a sustainable future.    It’s an honour to be recognised alongside a group of strong leaders driving innovation and sustainability.

We believe thriving communities are built on strong foundations – schools, parks, community spaces, and sporting facilities – so that families moving in can enjoy the conveniences of an established neighbourhood from day one. Recently, the Smiths Lane community celebrated the commencement of construction on the next iteration of Clyde Grammar School – the Collaborative Learning Centre. Clyde Grammar opened in 2022, as a part of our masterplanned community, Smiths Lane, in Victoria. Anticipated to be home to over 7,500 residents, Smiths Lane has been designed to cultivate a vibrant and connected community. Once completed, the Collaborative Learning Centre will include four classrooms, a sessional music room, a full-size basketball court, an assembly hall and a before and after-school care area. The Centre will also incorporate student change rooms, storage areas, and staff office and amenities.
