This International Women’s Day, we are proud to renew our pledge to our long-term community partner, Two Good Co Through this pledge, we actively support women facing domestic violence. For us, it’s about how we show up - from providing safe spaces, educating our people, and using our platform to raise awareness. We know that safety isn’t just about physical spaces — it’s about culture too. That’s why we foster a culture of respect, trust, and resilience. It’s on all of us to create sustainable change to empower these women every day.
"We know that safety isn’t just about physical spaces — it’s about culture. Workplaces should be places of respect, trust, and resilience - yet covert bullying and toxic behaviours thrive in silence, creating harm that often goes unseen until it’s too late. With new laws making directors personally liable for psychosocial safety, leaders must be proactive in recognising and addressing these risks." Are you looking for support or advice on how to create a safe space in your workplace? Psychosocial safety advocate, Two Good supporter and 2024 Pledge Ambassador Lisa McAdams will be running a 90-minute virtual masterclass on navigating the challenges of psychological safety in workplaces, with 10% of ticket sales to be donated to Two Good Co. You can find this incredible training opportunity within our Pledge's EDUCATE toolkit, or linked below. Take The Pledge: https://lnkd.in/gxyyEKfz Learn more about the masterclass (Weds 20 Mar 2025, 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM AEDT): https://lnkd.in/ezQDpczR

Today we released our FY25 Half Year Results. We delivered operating earnings of $196.4 million, reflecting OEPS post-tax for the half of 41.5 cents, ahead of guidance. We continue to hold the largest sector-diverse property portfolio in Australia, with Group FUM increasing $2.5 billion to $83.4 billion, including property FUM of $66.4 billion. The investment management business secured $1.6 billion in gross equity inflows for the half, which is equivalent to the total gross equity raised for the 12 months in FY24. Acquisitions for the half were $2.2 billion, significantly exceeding the $1.7 billion in acquisitions over the 12 months in FY24. Charter Hall Managing Director and Group CEO, David Harrison, said, “Our investment management and asset services platform is performing strongly, and our investment strategies are poised to deliver attractive growth in earnings and asset values, which we expect to generate compelling IRRs. “We are clearly now at an inflection point in the market, and as Australia’s largest owner and manager of commercial real estate, Charter Hall is well positioned to deliver for our investor and tenant customers as our nation and economy continues to grow.” Read the full report and visit our Investor Centre here https://lnkd.in/gzcf4few #CharterHall #HalfYearResults
