NAWIC NSW - National Association of Women in Construction reposted this
Babies welcome! NAWIC's "Lunch with a Leader" series continued this afternoon at ADP Consulting's Sydney office, where a group of young industry professionals spent time engaging with and learning from CEO Belinda Coates. Over lunch (and with babies in arms), the group, which included Structural BIM Lead Leanne Heriot, Director Simon Bell, and Electrical Engineer Monica Eaton, were privy to unique professional insights, guidance and advice from Belinda herself about pursuing leadership and navigating obstacles to success in the world of property. Belinda touched on the challenges and opportunities experienced in her role as ADP Consulting's first female CEO, and the strategies she has invoked (including a stronger focus on ESG policies and programs) to ensure the ongoing success of the business. Thank you to all attendees for joining us this afternoon, and to the National Association of Women in Construction (AU) for their role in facilitating the event. #ThinkADP #WomeninProperty #NAWIC #Leadership
