    Loyalty programs are a key strategy to inspire customer loyalty to your brand. The question is: What factors make a successful loyalty program? We studied 1,000+ U.S. consumers to uncover the key drivers. The findings include: ✔️ 77% of consumers stay loyal to a brand if there's a compelling loyalty program. ✔️ Easy redemption of points or rewards was the top priority for 69% of respondents. ✔️ Easy access to sign up for the program or access points was important to 58% of respondents. ✔️ Rewards for engagement, such as reviews or social media actions, were important to 42% of respondents.
