Works are steaming ahead at our Eastern Creek project for ISPT. Last week we reached a major milestone on site with the completion of internal slab pours. A total of 3,180m3 of concrete has poured over the last two weeks. A huge thank you to our subcontractor partners, Western Suburbs Concrete and Conzpec pty ltd, for a well planned, seamless and high quality finished product. The 30,000m2 site includes 18,190m2 warehouse, two level office, dock office and recess and on grade dock facilities. The project is targeting 5 Star Greenstar and will feature 370kw solar system, EV charging and rain water recycling facilities. It’s hard to believe that 6-months has passed since the successful delivery of the Switchyard development on behalf of our client Mirvac. A state-of-the-art industrial estate comprising 6 buildings across a 14-hectare site. This project exemplifies three years of dedicated collaboration between the PLAN Project Management P/L, DJC Property Consulting, Mirvac, Prime Constructions Pty Ltd and our project partners.   This had been one of the most rewarding and complex developments that we have had the pleasure of delivering.
