Our exploration efforts are in full swing across the EinGold and Ravenswood projects, where we're drilling over 5 kilometres of Reverse Circulation and Diamond holes to refine our geological models in these promising gold and copper regions. It was great to have our Country Manager Australia, Andrew Hackwood, on-site to inspect the drilling operations, which are being expertly overseen by Lennard Kolff van Oosterwijk , our newly appointed General Manager of Minerals. Vidya Harikumar, Director of People and Culture, and James Huxtable, Manager of Contracts and Procurement, also joined the site tour, witnessing firsthand the impact of their hard work in Corporate Services. Breaking news: Omega Oil and Gas Limited has completed a $6.5 million institutional capital raise. Here is what Omega Oil and Gas Limited CEO and Managing Director, Trevor Brown said “Omega is delighted with the strong response to the capital raise. The raise was well supported by existing Australian and international shareholders, and we welcome several new, high-quality investors onto the register. The success of the raise reflects strong interest in Omega’s exciting, upcoming Canyon-1H project - a significant test of the large resource potential of the Taroom Trough. “The upcoming Canyon-1H project will see Omega drill a horizontal well section ahead of a planned multi-stage hydraulic stimulation and flowback trial to test for potentially commercial flow from the Canyon Sandstone. Well done to Tri-Star’s ‘Tri-Stair Trekers’ who once again completed the River to Rooftop last week to raise vital funds for the Women’s Legal Service Queensland. It coincided with the 40th anniversary of the Women’s Legal Service, whose work positively change lives of women and children impacted by domestic violence. The team completed the 55-floor stair climb of more than 1,000 steps. Plenty of laughs along the way and a team breakfast followed. Well done Sam Dunstan, David Carroll, Vidya Harikumar, Lennard Kolff van Oosterwijk, Taylor McCaw, Katherine Hobbins, Mitchell Jensen, and Jesse Savage.

We are pleased to announce that Tri-Star has been appointed the preferred tenderer for PLR2023-1-3 (ATP 2076 – application) in the latest Petroleum Land Release Queensland. ATP 2076 – Application, the largest tender area released at 2024 square kilometres, is located 65 km south-southeast of Moura in the Bowen Basin. This land is approximately 50 km from three existing gas transmission pipelines. This successful tender highlights Tri-Star’s: - Industry-leading drilling record, recognized for safety, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. - Agile execution capabilities. - Fully funded exploration program. - Proven track record of exceeding work program commitments with geologically driven exploration initiatives. - Strong record of sound environmental management. The award to Tri-Star, a non-listed and non-LNG entity, enhances the diversity of Queensland’s petroleum industry, where 95% of reserves are currently controlled by LNG or LNG-related entities. Leveraging public and proprietary data, Tri-Star has identified a frontier coal seam gas play in the Moolayember formation that’s never been tested. We plan to commence the process of obtaining environmental approval and resolving Native Title immediately. Once the ATP is awarded, we intend to fast-track exploration to test the Moolayember coal measures. We are proud of our pioneering role in developing Queensland’s coal seam gas industry and we look forward to contributing further to the growth and diversification of Queensland’s petroleum industry.
