🏭 First gas flows from Senex’s Queensland Atlas expansion 🏭 Australian manufacturers and households can count on reliable natural gas from Senex’s Atlas expansion in Queensland’s Surat Basin with first gas now flowing to market. This means the delivery of critical gas to the east coast market at a time when the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) is predicting shortfalls in coming years. Senex customers like Orora, with their state-of-the-art glass manufacturing facility in South Australia, have begun receiving reliable and secure natural gas as part of their decade-long gas supply deal with Senex Energy. As a leading provider of sustainable glass packaging for customers across the food and beverage industry, this ten-year gas supply deal is essential for Orora's manufacturing operations. Senex's $1 billion expansion is a win for everyone by: ✅👷♂️Creating 700 Queensland jobs during construction with an additional 200 ongoing for the life of the project ✅ 💰 Spending 95 per cent of the $1 billion project within Australia and almost half within Queensland ✅👨👩👧👦 Injecting $200 million into local businesses and communities ✅🛣🚑🏥Paying royalties through this multi-decade investment to help fund hospitals, roads, emergency services and more ✅🏭🏘 And once complete, the expansion will deliver 60 PJ of sorely needed natural gas supply each year to Australian manufacturers and households. This is the equivalent of more than 10 per cent of annual east coast domestic gas requirements The continued delivery of Senex’s $1 billion expansion project demonstrates what can be achieved when our team, industry, government, regulators, landholders, community and suppliers work together to deliver essential energy for life.

Senex's partnership with the Royal Flying Doctor Service (Queensland Section) helped deliver FREE essential dental services to Wandoan. The visit saw: 🦷 1,200+ dental treatments 👥 200+ Wandoan district residents receive dental care 👧 45+ were children 🏠 That's 1 in 3 locals receiving dental care 🪥 Students in grades 3 and 4 at Wandoan State School were provided with an RFDS Oral Health Promotion session It’s been heartening to see local families and children accessing dental care in their own community without needing to travel hours away. The Wandoan community has been so supportive of us, and this is just one way that Senex can give something back. A big thank you 🙏 to Morgans Financial Limited for partnering with Senex and RFDS (Queensland Section) to support three of the dental service days. It's Theodore's turn next with the Senex supported RFDS Dental Service commencing 18 February till 27 February 2025.

👷📝 INTERNS ON SITE 📝👷 At Senex we strongly believe in the importance of developing the future generation. Just before the Christmas break our cohort of 2024/2025 interns travelled to Senex's Surat Basin sites to learn about the ♻️ lifecycle of natural gas. Our interns traced the entire natural gas process through their visit to: ✅Drill rig 167 in operation ✅Atlas #1 wellsite ✅Water treatment plant and dams ✅Gas pipelines ✅Senex's newly opened Atlas Compression Facility ✅Through to the Wallumbilla Hub connecting Senex's gas into the all-important east coast 💡 grid. As part of Senex's internship program, our interns are required to check off tasks on their 🛂 Intern Passport, including a two-day tour of our sites across Roma and Wandoan. A huge thank you to Mark Foster and Stacey Barker for taking the time to show our interns how we deliver essential ⚡ energy for life! 2024/2025 intern cohort: L-R Rachel Dudley (Digital), Jess Huxley (Access and Approvals), Alicia Davis (Environment), Aiden Payet (Asset Engineering), Harry Huang (Finance), Seth McCracken (Infrastructure Delivery).

"Under all credible net zero scenarios, natural gas is needed through to 2050 and beyond. To put it simply – we will need to keep producing more gas in Australia to ensure a stable and orderly energy transition at home and in our region." - Federal Resources Minister, Madeleine King. Minister, we wholeheartedly agree. Thank you for speaking common sense and acknowledging that without natural gas like that supplied by Senex, there's no energy transition, energy security or Australian manufacturing.
