Biobanking helps researchers combat diseases by providing data from volunteer-donated samples. FairPlusService, launched in 2020 with #EUFunds support, is changing that by offering free coaching and consulting to help women upskill and advance their careers. 💡 The initiative works with businesses in trade, tourism, cleaning, healthcare, and education to develop fairer employment strategies—benefiting both employees and employers. With 61 companies already involved, the project has been extended until 2028. A major step toward closing skill gaps and promoting gender equality.
