Our team at Dream, alongside teams from MAGNA Engineering Services Inc., Source2Source Inc., and Wilco Contractors Northwest Inc. recently toured the ongoing construction of ambitious 32-acre ‘Storm Park’ located in our Alpine Park community. This innovative park will function as a sophisticated stormwater management system, implementing novel technologies such as dual Nautilus Ponds™ integrated into a self-sustaining Stormwater Kidney™ biofiltration system, designed to mimic natural wetland environments. Unlike conventional stormwater management systems typical to new greenfield communities, Storm Park will provide a beautiful active natural space back into the city to be enjoyed by residents for decades to come.
