In London and across the country, #CDNMuni are mobilizing for action, leveraging every tool at their disposal to support our businesses and help protect Canadians from the threat of U.S. tariffs.  In the coming weeks, local leaders will be participating in meetings with the United States Conference of Mayors and the National League of Cities and bring their #CDNMuni perspectives to tackle this critical economic challenge.

Municipalities across Canada hold important leverage in a potential tariff war between our country and the United States. At the same time, tariffs on U.S. steel and rebar could increase costs for municipal projects and delay critical infrastructure initiatives.  #CDNMuni are engines of growth and critical to these discussions. This is why we are working with our members from coast to coast to coast as part of Team Canada.
