Following the announcement of our latest Venture Lab cohort, we have onboarded three new Venture Lab fellows, Daniella Høiby-Jensen, Maja Völker, and Valerie Thevenoz.
The Venture Lab Fellowship aims to connect young entrepreneurial scientists with early-stage life science start-ups in our Venture Lab program to benefit both parties. Fellows will get the opportunity to learn what it takes to build successful start-up companies in the life-science industry, and the companies will have extra hands and minds to help them with the daunting task of developing their businesses.🚀
Daniella Høiby-Jensen will join Visibuilt, a biotech start-up developing an innovative solution for road construction that replaces fossil ingredients in asphalt.🚧
Maja Völker will join Leopard Biosciences, a health tech start-up working to bring molecular testing into the hands of doctors and patients at the point of care.👨⚕️
Valerie Thevenoz will join metaLead, a therapeutics start-up that develops innovative solutions to safely and effectively treat metal poisoning.⛓
During their time as Venture Lab fellows, Daniella, Maja, and Valerie will get the chance to learn about the inner workings of life science start-ups, drive business development, market research, competitive landscaping analysis, business case development and project management for their designated company, and get extensive career guidance and education aimed to groom them into a future entrepreneur, investor, or accelerator.
𝐖𝐞𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐨𝐧 𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝!🤝
