Wide band-gap semiconductors workshop started yesterday's lectures given by prof. Jen Rong Ho from 國立中央大學, Dr. Alice Hospodková of FZU - Institute of Physics of the Czech Academy of Sciences, prof. Josef Humlíček and prof. Ondřej Caha from Masarykova univerzita Brno, Ing. Tomáš Novák from onsemi and Libor Strakoš from Thermo Fisher Scientific. Very interesting topics with a lot of questions and discussions. Today we continue with visit of onsemi facility in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm. Tomorrow lecture by Samaneh Sharbati from Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark and lab exercises at Masarykova univerzita Brno.
