INSPIRED AND IGNITED Just after World Mental Health Day last week, we recently gathered for our annual B.E.S.T Day. B.E.S.T stands for Balanced, Energized, Successful, Talent, and the day is a chance to think about our well-being, connect with what matters to us, learn new things, and simply recharge. The day was packed with inspiring sessions, some online with our colleagues in EMEA, and others where we rested our minds and got active with activities like running, yoga, padel, and tennis at our local offices. Our Stockholm team made the most of the day by combining it with their annual offsite, and in Helsinki, we held a great workshop with our Social Impact partner, Baltic Sea Action Group, BSAG. It surely was a day of reflection, inspiration, and just enjoying time together.

CHARTING NEW COURSES IN AI This weekend, Athena Pathway celebrated an impressive second place in the final of the first-ever Puig Women's Americas Cup. A SHIFT IN ENERGY Moving from India to Hong Kong to pursue a Bachelor's in Finance & International Business, Gauri quickly developed a passion for problem-solving by participating in international case competitions throughout her university years.   "I discovered I really enjoyed tackling complex problems, exploring diverse topics, and collaborating closely with teammates."   After a brief stint in banking, Gauri took a bold step by moving from Hong Kong to Oslo to pursue a career in consulting, mainly because she wanted to work in the energy transition domain.   "What attracted me to Bain was the open, positive, and inspiring culture I experienced through interviews with the recruiting team. Meeting people who genuinely wanted to support candidates and see them succeed was incredibly motivating."   So, has the support continued? Absolutely, according to Gauri.   "I've been amazed by the support from my supervisors and teammates. They're truly committed to helping me grow and ensuring I enjoy the journey through the steep learning curve.
