Among the key topics discussed was support for the #AMUFERT Project an initiative led by the #OPAIAGROUP that promises to transform agriculture in Angola and Africa. With $2 billion in financing secured from African Export-Import Bank (Afreximbank) #AMUFERT is set to produce 4,000 metric tons of fertilizers per day, meeting the growing domestic demand, reducing reliance on imports, and ensuring Angola’s self-sufficiency in this vital sector. Additionally, the project’s scale positions Angola as a key supplier capable of serving a significant portion of the regional market, further boosting food security across the continent During the meeting, Minister ##JoséMassano commitment to Angola’s future was evident.
