Happy Minna Canth’s Day & the Day of Equality! 🇫🇮 Today, we celebrate Minna Canth (1844-1897), a Finnish writer, journalist, businesswoman, and social activist who fought relentlessly for social change and equality. She challenged societal norms, advocated for women's rights, and paved the way for a more just society. And stated "Women's issue is not merely a women's issue, but an issue for all of humanity." Yet, as our Nordic Business Diversity Index 2025 data shows, we still have a long way to go. The percentage of women in leadership roles across the Nordics remains unbalanced: ◾ Only 9% of Board Chairs are women ◾ Only 11% of CEOs are women ◾ Women hold 17% of Business Unit Head positions ◾ Support functions have the highest representation, at 38% Let’s continue towards a future where leadership and decision-making truly reflect the diversity of our society.
