We signed a joint venture agreement with Almajdouie Logistics in Saudi Arabia yesterday, which is pending regulatory approval. This strategic partnership aligns with the Saudi Vision 2030 and would significantly enhance our operations. The joint venture would add over 2,000 employees and a local fleet of over 2,300 transportation and handling assets and expand our presence all across the Kingdom. We would gain more than one million square meters of terminal and truck yard space, plus an additional 65,000 square meters of warehousing space.
