[Success story 🚉] Egis in Brazil to develop basic and executive engineering projects for São Paulo-Campinas Intercity Train (TIC).   On June 24, Egis no Brasil was proud to announce its involvement in the development of the São Paulo-Campinas Intercity Train (TIC), a landmark project in the revitalization of intercity rail transport in Brazil. This project represents a modernization and new approach to rail transportation, marking the first significant modern standard medium-speed intercity train project to be developed in Brazil in recent decades.   💡 Key Figures of TIC São Paulo-Campinas:  - the TIC will connect the São Paulo metropolitan region, with an estimated population of 22 million inhabitants, and the city of Campinas, one of Brazil's main technological and industrial hubs, with a metropolitan region totaling approximately 3.3 million inhabitants. - It will cover more than 100 kilometers of permanent track. - It is expected to transport ~59,000 passengers per day when the system is at full capacity. - The express service will be covering 101 kilometers of track.
