    Asahi x Food Angel #Volunteering – The love power of 3,000 eggs and 1,000 hot meal boxes.   Last week, colleagues from the Asahi Hong Kong Office spent a meaningful afternoon volunteering at Food Angel's food preparation kitchen in Sham Shui Po. The experience amplified what we value and stand for as a team at Asahi:   #Commitment & #Collaboration: We worked together as a team to crack 3,000 eggs (yes, 3,000 eggs!) and prepare close to 1,000 hot meal boxes efficiently for Food Angel. These meals were later distributed to people in need in society as part of Food Angel's mission to rescue food and relieve hunger with love, aligning with several of the United Nations' #SustainableDevelopmentGoals, such as the #ZeroHungerGoal.   #Curiosity: On the same day, our volunteering team also attended a workshop organized by Food Angel and led by an experienced volunteer. We gained a deeper understanding of the food poverty situation in Hong Kong and learned about their food rescue program and operational flow. The session was inspiring and highlighted how corporate participation and collaboration with Food Angel can help alleviate the food waste situation in Hong Kong.   #CreatingMeaningfulConnections: In Asahi, we believe that our #legacy is not only in the joy we create with our drinks and delivering #greattaste promises to customers. It's also about connecting with all the #people we work with, #society, and the #planet. Each of our contributions might be small, but they add up to something we can feel proud of.     🌟Asahi Asia #Diversity, #Equity, and #Inclusion DE&I Campaign – Foster #multigenerational understanding and promote a "young at heart" spirit in the workplace. 🌟   In our increasingly diverse workplaces in Asahi Asia, we have the unique opportunity to collaborate across generations - from Baby Boomers to Gen Z. Each generation brings valuable insights, skills, and experiences that can enhance our collective success.   Our recent Asia DE&I campaign aims to raise awareness about the diverse expressions and experiences across various generations and encourage our staff to embrace a young-at-heart mindset and attitude beyond physical age.   We have invited colleagues from various markets (mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, South Korea) at various stages of their lives, from various departments and various genders, to participate in a short video showing how they express themselves in daily life occasions using hand gestures. Additionally, we have collected "wisdom" from all our staff across Asia to share their tips on staying young - not just physically young, but with an attitude that embraces a sense of wonder, curiosity, and staying engaged and active!   It's both amusing and inspiring to see how we share commonalities and yet have our unique differences.     Nurture wellbeing & promote green awareness with Terrarium Making Workshop - a little oasis of calm. In line with our commitment to promote #sustainable living and #holistic #wellness at Asahi Asia, our staff at the Hong Kong office recently participated in a hands-on Terrarium Making Workshop to unwind and add some greenery into the work environment.   The workshop was hosted by Lovely Green Gardening Studio and was suitable for all skill levels, with all basic materials provided. Our staff enjoyed a moment of serenity by constructing and crafting their own unique terrariums - from preparing the plant by washing the roots, to laying the foundation layers for the pants to grow, to choosing how to arrange and design the plants and other accessories and learning the knowledge about after-care, allowing #creativity flourishing and a reconnection with nature.   At Asahi, we cherish and strive to create meaningful connections - with the #planet and with our people.    Stay tuned with more updates from Asahi Beer Asia!    #wellbeing #createmeaningfulconnections #substainabilityawareness #Asahibeerasia

    Asahi is bringing you a three-low innovative product, #DryCrystal, with a full-funnel, #omnichannel media campaign to break through the competitive landscape and achieve remarkable success in brand awareness and conversions.   Asahi Super Dry has recently launched a new innovative beer called Dry Crystal in Hong Kong and Taiwan. This refreshing beer features three distinct "low" changes without compromising Asahi’s original taste.   The launch of Dry Crystal full-funnel communication in Hong Kong aims to guide customers from their first discovery of Dry Crystal to bringing the new products home, whether they came across our outdoor programmatic digital out-of-home (#pDOOH) advertising in prime locations such as Central, Causeway Bay, and Tsim Sha Tsui, or while riding on one of the 200 double-decker buses with our captivating ads running through the streets day and night, or through our compelling storytelling videos on their mobile devices.   The multifaceted, omnichannel campaign is continuing to gain significant traction across Hong Kong, reaching 33.7 million impressions and 5.7 million video views; most notably, it drove a nearly 400% increase in conversions on one of Asahi's flagship online stores within three weeks of the campaign launch. (Thank you all for your support!     Support food rescue and reduce food waste – Asahi’s participation in Food Angel by Bo Charity Foundation’s first World Food Rescue Week 2024.   Earlier this year, some Asahi Hong Kong Office colleagues volunteered at Food Angel’s community kitchen to help prepare food ingredients and hot meal boxes for the underprivileged communities in Hong Kong with surplus food collected from the food industry.   We were thankful to have an opportunity to participate in Food Angel’s continuous efforts against food loss and waste again in May/June. We participated in the First World Food Rescue Week 2024 – a week-long event organized by Food Angel that includes educational activities and food donation drives that aim to raise awareness, promote public education, and encourage food donations to make a difference in our community.   As a participating organization, we were invited to send some representatives to the kick-off ceremony to experience how the latest technology and innovation could help drive more food donations.     On this Wednesday, our Hong Kong office staff members slotted in a special session to their outlook schedules to #unwind and #recharge with a complimentary massage at the Office.   Two of our meeting rooms, typically used for brainstorming and discussions, were transformed into tranquil massage environments where stress melts away - soft lighting created a soothing atmosphere, and diffusers with calming fragrances were incorporated. Licensed massage therapists were present to provide our staff with massages focusing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, and arms.   At #Asahi, we believe in meaningful connections both internally and externally. Every individual matters, and we are here to support and enhance our employees' #physical and #mental #wellness. The on-site massage is one initiative under our #EmployeeWellbeing Program to remind our employees of the importance of taking a little time for themselves and to express our gratitude for their hard work.   And we have to thank the Hava Massage for the amazing experiences created for us!
