🌟 Welcoming the Future Leaders of HKJC! 🌟 At HKJC, we’re dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders who will shape our future. Our Management Trainee Programme is a dynamic three-year journey designed to develop the Club’s future trailblazers. This month, we proudly welcomed 19 talented individuals into our programme, spanning various divisions. Our Orientation Week kicked off with inspiring sessions from our leaders, offering deep insights into our Integrated Business Model (IBM). The week was packed with exciting visits to our Club House, Stables, Broadcasting, and Retail Branch, providing a firsthand look at our operations. Our Management Trainees were captivated by the innovative approaches at our retail branches and enjoyed exclusive behind-the-scenes tours of key facilities. This immersive experience is just the beginning of their leadership journey. The Management Trainee Programme lays a solid foundation, but the path to leadership is a continuous voyage of growth and learning. We champion a growth mindset and a commitment to lifelong learning, empowering our trainees to unlock their full potential and prepare for future leadership roles at the Club. The JC JoyAge Project has published a comprehensive “Wellness Map” to promote active and healthy ageing. The Map covers over 300 elderly-friendly hotspots for dining, leisure, and wellness activities across Hong Kong’s 18 districts. These locations were identified and recommended by the Project’s Mental Health Ambassadors who surveyed the neighbourhoods from the perspectives of older adults. By highlighting a diverse range of accessible and enjoyable destinations, the Map aims to encourage older adults to venture out of their homes, explore their local communities, and engage in social activities. This not only supports their physical well-being, but also bolsters their mental health and sense of connection 💞. #HKJCCharitiesTrust #JCJoyAge
