    The East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID), a groundbreaking project in Singapore's transport infrastructure, is nearing completion. This state-of-the-art facility, which began construction in 2016, is set to be the world's first stacked 4-in-1 rail and bus depot which included three train depots stacked on top of each other alongside one bus depot. According to the recent update by LTA, the external works of this project is now 98% structurally complete as of now. WSP Singapore is proud to be the Lead Consultant for this significant project, providing multidisciplinary services including project management, depot planning, rail operations, architectural, civil & structural, geotechnical, environmental, building services, traffic, security, fire engineering, interface management, BIM management, and Green Mark management. Our Transport and Infrastructure team is dedicated to delivering concept and detailed design, tender documentation, and design services during construction, ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency. We stay committed to continuing our contribution to Singapore's transport network, enhancing connectivity and sustainability for the future.     Here’s a peek into the ongoing construction of the East Coast Integrated Depot (ECID), our unique Four-In-One-Depot, that integrates three train depots and one bus depot within a single site! The ECID will strengthen the resilience of our rail network by allowing us to launch and withdraw trains more efficiently, giving us greater ability to adjust service patterns as needed. #DoYouKnow we have completed ~98% of structural and architectural works and incorporated numerous innovative features to make the development more sustainable?🌱.
