Ginting & Reksodiputro in association with A&O Shearman (G&R) mengumumkan dipromosikannya Mohammad Andrew sebagai partner baru. Posisi baru Andrew sebagai Partner G&R mulai berlaku efektif per 1 Mei 2024 lalu. “Mohammad Andrew memiliki pengalaman yang luas dan telah sukses memimpin hampir seluruh transaksi besar pasar modal yang melibatkan G&R, dalam beberapa tahun terakhir,” ujar Founding Partner G&R Harun Reksodiputro dalam pernyataannya yang diterima Hukumonline, Kamis (22/8/2024). Jakarta-based FKNK LAW FIRM has bolstered its capital markets practice with the hire of Ferry Rajagukguk as a partner from Rakhmat Suroso Adinugraha Advocates, where he practised as a partner leading its corporate practice. Rajagukguk – who has close to two decades of experience in securities law, regulatory compliance and capital market transactions – will lead FKNK’s capital markets practice group, co-founding partner Martin Patrick Nagel told Asia Business Law Journal. Earlier in his career, Rajagukguk practised at Lubis Ganie Surowidjojo and at HHP Law Firm, Baker & McKenzie’s member firm in Indonesia.
