This past weekend, Enterprise Ireland USA travelled to Manhattan, Kansas as we prepare for the 2025 Aer Lingus College Football Classic, where Kansas State University will compete against Iowa State University in Dublin, Ireland. These visits highlighted the extensive academic, business, social, and sporting opportunities that align with the #MuchMoreThanAGame initiative. Our visit to K-State provided us with enriching experiences and valuable insights. We explored several key locations, including the Kansas State University Foundation, Kansas Wheat Innovation Center, USDA National Bio & Agro-Defense Facility (NBAF), the K-State Alumni Association’s 150th Celebration, K-State Athletics Facilities, and the renowned Bill Snyder Family Stadium. The #MuchMoreThanAGame program aims to showcase the broader benefits and opportunities that college football brings, extending beyond the game itself. It fosters meaningful connections in education, business, and community engagement, creating lasting impacts on both sides of the Atlantic. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to everyone at K-State for their exceptional hospitality and meticulous planning. We eagerly anticipate welcoming K-State to Ireland for the 2025 Aer Lingus College Football Classic next August - Go Wildcats!
