At Force Motors, we believe our employees are the true drivers of our success. 🚗 This month, we celebrate Mr. Jeevan Narayanan, who has been with us for an incredible 27 years. Starting as a Diploma Trainee in 1996, Jeevan has demonstrated remarkable growth, now serving as the Plant Head of Operations at our Chennai facility. Jeevan's journey is a testament to the innovation and excellence fostered at Force Motors. His career has taken him across all of our plant locations in India—from Pune (1996-2005) and Pithampur (2006-2014) to his current leadership role in Chennai (2014-present). A significant highlight of his time with us includes leading the setup of the BMW Engine Assembly Line in FML Chennai Plant in 2014. From this pivotal project to leading the relocation of Engine and Axle Assembly from Pune to Pithampur, and setting of the 5S,6S and 9S Gear box Assembly in Pithampur . Jeevan has consistently embraced new projects and responsibilities, progressing in his career at every step. We are proud of the opportunities Force Motors provides for growth, learning, and hands-on experience, and we know that when our people grow, Force Motors grows.
