We are thrilled to announce that IOI Properties Group Berhad secured the 4th spot in the Top-of-the-Chart (TOTC) Awards (for Market Capitalisation of RM1 Billion and Above) during the Malaysia Developer Awards (MDA) 2024, where industry leaders gathered for a night of recognition and acknowledgement. This prestigious award ceremony was organized by Star Media Group Berhad in collaboration with the Malaysian Chapter of the International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI), which took place at the JW Marriott Kuala Lumpur on 18 October 2024. Mr. Teh Chin Guan, our Group Chief Operating Officer – Property Development (Malaysia), and Team IOI proudly represented the Group at the ceremony, accepting the award from the Guest of Honour, Housing and Local Government Minister Yang Berhormat Nga Kor Ming. This award is a testament to our entire team's dedication and hard work. It demonstrates the Group’s commitment to excellence as one of the leading property developers in Malaysia.

In celebration of World Mental Health Day, we proudly hosted "𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 & 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲: 𝗖𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗠𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹", a vibrant two-day journey filled with interactive activities and inspiring conversations, all aimed at fostering a mentally healthy workplace. 🧠💚 At IOI Properties Group, employee well-being and mental health are not just priorities; they are the backbone of a thriving, resilient workforce. IOI Properties Group has soared to 21st in ranking among the coveted list of Top 50 Public Listed Companies (PLCs) assessed in Malaysia at the National Corporate Governance & Sustainability Awards (NACGSA) 2024! This marked yet another significant milestone for the Group this year.   Team IOI proudly accepted the recognition plaque from the Minority Shareholders Watch Group (MSWG) as this impressive leap in ranking reflects the Group’s improved performance across NACGSA's rigorous assessment of governance, sustainability practices, and transparency within the corporate landscape.   We're incredibly proud to be recognized for our commitment to a responsible and sustainable future.

Take a walk on the wild side with us at Bandar Puteri Town Park! IOI Properties Group brought together over 100 nature lovers, friends and families with its recent Nature Observation Night in Bandar Puteri Puchong.   Representing our third collaboration with the Society of Wilderness Malaysia (SOWM), the event guided participants in experiencing the urban park's diverse flora and fauna with the help of SOWM's 'Nature Exploration Wilderness Passport' guidebook.

Part of our #LiveWellStayWell series, this event highlights our dedication to creating a supportive and health-focused work environment. "Roczen: Journey to a Better Health", led by Reset Health, is a comprehensive healthcare program designed to combat workplace obesity. This doctor-led program focuses on enhancing the well-being of Team IOI while simultaneously boosting productivity Our recent launch event showcased the impact of this wellness initiative through insightful talks by Teresa and Dr. Nik, who shared success stories and practical advice. Team IOI also benefited from complimentary BMI screenings and blood tests, providing a tangible start to their personal health journey.
