❓ How to transform and create resilient food production and distribution systems in an era impacted by climate change, species extinction and other environmental factors? During the 4th edition of the seizmic Hackathon, students from Aurora universities will be tasked to reflect on the future of the food economy of Naples 🇮🇹 and its region. Through interdisciplinary teams, students will consider: 🎯 Emergence of a new generation of highly skilled 'neo-ruralists' 🎯 New models of entrepreneurship and management 🎯 Use of digital technologies like drones, precision agriculture, e-commerce and delivery applications 🎯 Rediscovery of traditional foods and production techniques. It is organized by the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, in collaboration with Copenhagen Business School, University of Iceland Háskóli Íslands, Universitat Rovira i Virgili and Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam).
