The event aimed to engage youth through mentoring, seminars, and workshops designed to foster positive relationships, volunteerism, leadership skills, and strong family values The event was graced by OSM Thome's VP of PH Crewing Operations, Jay Babera, alongside Nordic Medical Clinic's Physician, Dr. Rowena Dimayuga, and Miriam College's Professor and Registered Psychologist, Dr. Ronaldo Motilla. The speakers covered various topics, including the role of parents onboard, cultivating healthy habits for young people, and psychology insights tailored specifically for youth.   Through these initiatives, the Crew and Family Welfare Program endeavors to support seafarers and enrich the lives of the youths in their families, nurturing a sense of belonging and solidarity within the maritime community.
