Our Season of Service comes to a close!   Following our impactful initiatives in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, and Thailand, our final activities in the Philippines and Malaysia reinforced our commitment to education and environmental sustainability.   In the Philippines, our team joined Ayala tACbo, a meaningful run celebrating Ayala’s 191st anniversary. More than just a race, the event supported Ayala Foundation’s education programs, helping provide learning opportunities for deserving students.   In Malaysia, 25 volunteers gathered at Tanjung Harapan, Klang, for a beach cleanup. Together, they collected 66 kg of waste, including 28 kg of hard plastic and 18 kg of soft plastic, ensuring proper recycling and reducing pollution along the coastline.   Through these initiatives, our teams across Asia have made a lasting impact—one step, one cleanup, and one act of service at a time. Scott Reichelt, Crawford Asia president, recently highlighted the increase in investment for Crawford Asia, resulting in significant growth and development in the region. An example of this is the “Japan Connect” initiative. A claims handling model designed specifically for Japanese-based insurers and companies with interests across the region to aid in increasing the customer experience. The investment has resulted in other areas being developed, such as building the renewable energy team to provide a higher level of support to customers and the introduction of Turvi.
