Storm Éowyn, which reached wind speeds of 114mph and caused power outages and destruction in various parts of the UK, is being tailed by Storm Herminia and causing more damage and flooding in France and Italy. “We are currently handling a wide spectrum of claims ranging from property damage through to business interruption claims, as well as supporting those policyholders who require temporary accommodation,” said Cathy Scott FCILA ACII, head of Northern Ireland to Insurance Business UK Magazine.
