  • Aurea is part of a larger transformation, reshaping Beach Road, Ophir-Rochor, and Kallang districts—areas that are quickly becoming dynamic extensions of the Downtown Core.   Positioned as part of Golden Mile Singapore, Aurea offers seamless connectivity and access to a well-integrated urban precinct. Aurea is directly linked to The Golden Mile, offering a mix of commercial and retail spaces.    As Singapore’s city centre continues to evolve, these developments reflect the growing demand for homes that balance convenience, community, and long-term investment value.   Excited to see this vision come to life as Aurea welcomes its first visitors this weekend.

This Saturday, 22 February, we open the doors to Aurea—a rare opportunity for those who want to live at the heart of Singapore’s evolving cityscape.   Located next to The Golden Mile, Aurea offers 188 exclusive residences designed for those who value connectivity, convenience, and quality living. With Nicoll Highway MRT Station just a short walk away and direct access to retail, dining, and daily essentials, it’s a home that places everything within reach.   With the transformation of Beach Road, Ophir-Rochor, and Kallang, this is a precinct on the rise—one that will only get more vibrant in the years to come. Excited to welcome homebuyers and investors this weekend to experience it for themselves.   More details here: https://lnkd.in/grXcXnQK

  • How do we design cities for the future?   Mixed-use developments are shaping the way we live, work, and play, offering seamless integration between residential, commercial, and lifestyle spaces.   In a conversation with MONEY FM 89.3, Lay See Shaw, Chief Operating Officer of Sales & Leasing Group at Far East Organization, and Mohd Ismail Gafoor from PropNex discussed how Golden Mile Singapore is redefining urban living. Beyond just conservation, the transformation of this precinct reflects a shift towards community-centric, highly connected developments that support evolving urban needs.   With homebuyers and investors seeking more than just four walls, the way we design, develop, and curate spaces must evolve in tandem.   #UrbanTransformation #FutureCities #Placemaking

Mixed-use developments aren’t just a passing trend—they’re shaping the way we live, work, and play. Had a great conversation yesterday on MONEY FM 89.3 with Lynlee Foo and Mohd Ismail Gafoor, CEO of PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, where we explored how Golden Mile Singapore is redefining city living.    The transformation of this iconic site goes beyond conservation—it’s about shaping a vibrant, well-integrated community that honours its heritage while meeting the needs of modern urban living.   More than ever, homebuyers and investors are looking for more than just four walls—they want convenience, connectivity, and a seamless lifestyle. This shift is exciting, and it’s changing the way we think about urban spaces.   If you’re curious about where the future of real estate is headed, tune in to our discussion: https://lnkd.in/g9dsQbaR   #GoldenMileSingapore #UrbanTransformation

  • Golden Mile Complex has long been an icon of Singapore's architectural landscape—bold, distinctive, and deeply rooted in history. Now, with Aurea, we're adding a new chapter to its legacy. In 2021, Golden Mile Complex was gazetted as a conserved building; the complex will be rejuvenated as The Golden Mile, with retail spaces, offices, and medical units. A new 45-storey residential tower, Aurea, will be built adjacent and linked to The Golden Mile via an elevated link bridge. This mixed-use development is now known as Golden Mile Singapore. Jointly developed with Perennial Holdings, Aurea captures the essence of The Golden Mile's conserved Brutalist architectural brilliance and balances it with a fresh take on contemporary urban tropical living. The thoughtfully reinterpreted elements, including the oculus windows, Mondrian-inspired fenestration, and hanging gardens, evoke the architectural past within a modern setting. Together with The Golden Mile, Aurea reflects our belief in balancing heritage with progress, creating spaces that respect history while shaping the future. https://lnkd.in/g8ZwzQbE

  • Career paths are rarely linear—it’s about exploring new opportunities and gaining different perspectives.   Elroy’s journey with Far East Organization reflects this. Moving from organisation development at the corporate office to running a hotel at Sentosa, he discovered how his skills could translate into a completely different environment.   Transitioning into hospitality wasn’t just a career move—it was a natural fit for his values and vision. In an industry where adaptability, service excellence, and human connection are at the core, Elroy discovered a role that challenges and fulfills him in equal measure.   How has taking on something new shaped your career?   #FarEastFocus #FarEastHospitality
