🌟 Team Bonding at Sentosa! 🌟 We’re thrilled to share that our recent team bonding event at Sentosa was an incredible success, despite the rainy weather! A huge thank you to everyone who turned up and embraced the day with enthusiasm. We brought together nearly 300 employees from various offices and work sites for a day of fun and team-building activities. The event featured a range of exciting games, including telematches and a bingo race. While the bingo race proved more challenging than anticipated — taking us well beyond the Siloso Beach area — it truly highlighted our competitive spirit and teamwork. This event was a fantastic opportunity to unwind, create lasting memories, and build new friendships. We’re grateful for the team spirit and the meaningful connections we made throughout the day. Check out these photos from our day of fun! 📸 #TeamBonding #CompanyCulture #FunAtWork #Sentosa

Earlier this week, I visited Pan-United’s Innovation Centre and Command Centre to learn more about their R&D efforts in producing sustainable, low-carbon concrete, as well as their AI-driven efforts to streamline their supply chain operations. The company has worked with LTA to successfully implement a proof-of-concept using CO2-mineralised concrete in 2022. Following the success of this trial, LTA has expanded the use of this innovative material across various projects, including rail, road, and commuter facilities. Pan-United’s low-carbon concrete has also been used in other construction projects like Tuas Port, Changi Jewel and Terminal 3. The Pan-United team also briefed me on their AI-enabled Command Centre, where all stages of operations are optimised – from order placement, production to delivery and billing. Powered by their in-house AiR Digital system, they achieved a 45% reduction in costs and manpower and coordinate around 7,000 truck trips a day.
