DOO you have what it takes?

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager in Thailand to lead and optimize the full spectrum of HR functions, drive compliance, and support organizational development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be working on:

• Provide the full spectrum of HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment, training & development, compensation & benefits, performance management and employee relations and communications.
• Enhance the organization's human capital planning, implementing and evaluating employee relation, HR policies, programs and practices.
• Assist in establishing recruitment, assessment and interview program, counsel and provide guidance when necessary to managers on candidate selection and hiring standard
• Consulting with the line managers and provide HR guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee management and development as well as organization development.
• Provide HR Policy guidance to members of the Company in all regions.
• Participating in learning and development project planning, assist in implementing and executing the program to deliver desired outcome
• Ensuring compliance with all prevailing laws, rules and regulations.
• Work with management to create standard operating procedures.
• Ensuring compliance of Group policies, rules and procedure

What we’re looking for:

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of solid HR experience with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Proficiency in English is required; Mandarin proficiency is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Thailand Labour Laws, Industrial Laws, and Regulations is preferred.
• Experience in the brokerage industry or financial services is highly desirable.
• Comprehensive understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Exceptional project and people management skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
