🌏 Did you know? Methane has a Global Warming Potential (GWP) that’s 28-36 times higher than CO₂ over 100 years, according to the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Sixth Assessment Report. Recognizing the urgency, #GGGI has launched the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation for Methane Mitigation (AKCMM) project at an event in Seoul, Republic of Korea. Funded by the ASEAN-Korea Cooperation Fund (AKCF), this project is the first under the Partnership for ASEAN-ROK Methane Action (PARMA).
