Abakus Consulting is proud to be working with Royal London Asset Management and Renu Development Management on 2 Queen Caroline Street, Hammersmith. Planning has been submitted to redevelop this site into a cutting-edge, 14-storey purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) block designed by the renowned Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. This ambitious project will breathe new life into a currently vacant five-storey office building, partially retaining its single-storey basement while replacing the upper floors with a sustainable, future-ready PBSA asset. -179 student bedrooms with 10% accessible rooms and 35% affordable housing. - Ground floor library and café, envisioned as a community hub for the Irish Cultural Centre. - The application is supported by Imperial College London, with its nearby campuses. We took some time out to show the Abakus Consulting team our project at 48-56 Ebury Bridge Road, a new build senior care home in Belgravia, adjacent to Chelsea Barracks, providing 44 suites, communal amenity spaces, external courtyard and terraces. We supported our client on the acquisition of this site, a former petrol filling station and car garage, providing Employer's Agent and Cost Management Services from inception through to completion. The team has done a fantastic job and the end product looks amazing.
