We were proud to host the Apprenticeship and Training Conference earlier this month, working with our client and partners to highlight our commitment to developing future talent! 🌟 We partnered with Sodexo Live! EducationScape and The City of Liverpool College to offer five apprentices and twenty students hands-on opportunities in a live event setting right here at ACC Liverpool. From crafting and serving canapés to assisting with delegate registration and event coordination, they gained invaluable hands-on experience. A key highlight of the conference was the networking reception on 11 March, where apprentice chefs from City of Liverpool College prepared 1,280 canapés under the guidance of Sodexo Live! and college tutors. Later that evening, the Gala Dinner featured bread rolls made with sustainable wild farmed flour, crafted by student bakers.
