Diversity working groups foster an inclusive workplace

Our Diversity Working Groups are helping to foster an inclusive culture and play a vital role in ensuring that everyone feels valued, included, and able to perform at their peak. Set up in 2019, they have brought about so much positive change already, including signing the Inclusive Behaviours in Insurance Pledge, joining the Women in Finance Charter and the creation of the SMART working group in response to homeworking, to name a few! We’re so proud of all the great achievements.
