We're thrilled to announce that New Belvedere has been given the go-ahead earlier this month. The south-east London scheme designed by PRP for Aitch Group will deliver 1,250 homes, including affordable and family-sized units, and a community hub. Plans also include new green open space, a public square with over 5,380 sq. ft of space for commercial and community use, as well as new pedestrian links to Belvedere Station. Well done to all involved on this scheme.
