British Land has secured planning approval to redevelop Euston Tower, which is located at its Regent’s Place campus in London’s Knowledge Quarter, into sustainable workspace. Designed by 3XN/GXN, Adamson Associates Architects and DSDHA, the circa 560,000 sq ft redevelopment will retain 31% of the original structure of the 1960s-built building.

Lendlease has secured planning consent for 600 new homes at its Silvertown regeneration project in the heart of the Royal Docks.
