OSMO London is a sustainable and green landmark office development in London’s Nine Elms. The building, which has been designed by EPR Architects for Quadrant with the landscape by Camlins, is designed to deliver net zero carbon in operation while achieving BREEAM Excellent and WELL Platinum accreditation. The vision for OSMO has sustainability wellness at its heart with a landscape strategy that connects the development with the new Linear Park running through Nine Elms while creating calming biophilic environments across the buildings internal and external spaces. On each floor are landscaped terraces inset within the building and on the 12th floor is a flexible leisure space with a beautifully planted roof terrace wrapped right around the building. More than 2,000 plants have been planted in or on the building and the double height lobby is an oasis of green, further integrating the internal spaces with the street planting and the park.
