    Co-Founder & MD @ Farm Urban I TEDx Speaker I UKUAT Director I Honorary Lecturer I NIH/Wellcome PhD

As I reflect on 2024, I feel immense gratitude for the journey we’ve been on at Farm Urban. This year has been a testament to the dedication of our team, the support of our partners, and the passion of the communities we serve. While we’ve made significant strides in bringing nutritious, hyper-local greens to more people and educating, upskilling and inspiring healthier and more sustainable habits, we know that our work is just beginning. At Farm Urban, we set out with a simple but ambitious vision: to transform our towns, cities and organisations into greener, healthier, more inclusive places. Over the past year, we’ve deepened our impact by expanding our Greens for Good initiative and increasing production at our urban vertical farm, working closely with food pantries, hospitals, and businesses to make fresh, sustainable food more accessible. We have engaged with thousands of people through our Routes & Shoots education programmes and developed new and exciting products and services through FU:LABS. None of this would have been possible without the hard work of our incredible team, who continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible in urban agriculture and social impact. We are also humbled by the support of our partners and local communities. Seeing people engage with our mission whether through education programs, community projects, or simply by choosing to eat more sustainably reminds us why we do what we do. It’s these connections that inspire us to keep growing, learning, and evolving. Looking ahead to 2025, we are excited about new opportunities to innovate, collaborate, and scale our impact. We are exploring advancements in technology, strengthening our partnerships, and continuing to put people and the planet at the heart of everything we do. We don’t have all the answers, but we are committed to listening, learning, and working together to build a healthier, more sustainable food system. Thank you for being part of this journey. Your belief in Farm Urban fuels our passion and keeps us striving for better. We hope this report reflects not just what we’ve achieved, but also our deep appreciation for everyone who has made it possible. Here’s to another year of growing together 🌿 Paul #Sustainability #ImpactReport #SocialImpact #SustainableFuture #PositiveChange #FutureOfFood #UrbanFarming #RegenerativeAgriculture #FoodSecurity #CommunityImpact #FoodForGood #PartnershipsForImpact #SustainableInnovation #GreenBusiness #PurposeDrivenBusiness
