✨We are hiring for a brand new Community Manager! ✨ We are looking for a special someone who can supercharge the BBN and help our Members improve their social and environmental impact! Our new Community Manager will be responsible for the day to day oversight of the BBN, with a particular focus on maintaining strong relationships with members, building out a healthy sales pipeline in order to grow and attract new members, and forging mutually beneficial partnerships to help us achieve our strategic impact objectives! This is an exciting and varied role, and responsibilities include: -Building strong connections with members and ensuring our community gives them value -Leading our business development pipeline and growing our membership -Improving the educational content available on the platform to help educate and upskill our members on issues of social and environmental impact -Programming and organising a wide range of online and in-person events -Driving member engagement and member communications across a variety of channels Why work for the BBN? 💫Salary of £30,000 - £35,000 negotiable depending on experience, with the opportunity for performance or commission-related bonuses related to sales targets. 🌅Generous holiday entitlement (28 days per annum plus bank holidays and two weeks over Christmas period) 📆 4.5 Day Working Week ⏰Flexible working hours Who are we looking for? -3+ years experience in any of community management/partnerships/business development or a similar role -Strong relationship-building skills -Exceptional organisational skills -North West based, or who can be in the Manchester City Centre office 2x a week -A keen interest in issues of social and environmental justice would be highly desirable (we don’t expect you to be an expert but the BBN is a purpose driven organisation and we love to work with passionate people) Applications close on the 25th February. 🤩Check out the full job description and person specification, and apply via the Escape the City site here: https://lnkd.in/e49nep-B #sustainability #BetterBusiness
